Is a power bank included?

No, the box contains the vest. It runs on any standard 5 V USB power bank – including the one you already use for your phone.

Which size do I need?

The vest has a tailored fit and runs small: an M is roughly a US 4 / UK 8, a 6XL roughly a US 18 / UK 22. The size finder takes your height and weight and suggests the right size. Between two sizes or wearing a thick sweater underneath? Go for the larger one.

How long does the vest stay warm?

That depends on your power bank and the heat level: the more capacity and the lower the level, the longer it runs. For a full day outside we recommend a power bank with 10,000 mAh or more.

How do I adjust the heat?

Use the button on the left chest to switch the vest on and choose one of the three heat levels.

Can I wear it under a jacket?

Yes. It has a slim cut and fits under a winter coat or over a sweater. The closer it sits to your body, the more directly you feel the warmth.

Can I wash the vest?

Yes, by hand: disconnect the power bank, wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, do not tumble dry and dry flat. Only reconnect once it is completely dry.
