Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 1370 reviews.

It seems very good quality, and heats up very quickly and stays toasty warm the whole time you have it turned on. Definitely order larger than your normal size you wear in the USA. I ordered Medium for my elderly father who is not a large man. I tried it on first and I am not a large woman, normally take a small size 4-6 in women's clothing, and it fits me fine. So, I now have a new very nice heated vest, that I just kept.

Heated Vest – 9 Heating Zones, USB Rechargeable & Waterproof

I actually love the vest but it did not arrive with a battery. I sent an inquiry about the battery weeks ago and still no reply. Luckily, I had two batteries from another jacket that worked. I then went back to the website and found in very small lettering, battery sold separately. Big letters for the vest and lower price than competitors but you have to buy the battery. Advertising …… don’t like the hiding of the REAL cost.

I take medium size your chart said to order two sizes bigger, so I went to XL, I got them in, and the XL is too tight, need XXL. your size chart is wrong. I am not happy with because of that. Had to give them to someone that could use them

I have to skip putting a photo of it in the review because I have not yet received it. As it is,.it is cold very cold and I am wondering when am I going to receive the jacket. I ordered it last week . just like the other companies. take the money and delay the order for as long as possible. Gerard Hagman.

Heated Vest – 9 Heating Zones, USB Rechargeable & Waterproof

Very disappointed in the size. Ordered 2 sizes larger than I needed per instructions and it should have been 2 more sizes bigger. There return policy is a joke. Go to Amazon and get the same China made stuff with way easier full price returns. They gave me a 15% refund if I just keep it. Hopefully I find a young teen that could use a heated vest. Lesson learned on this one.

Heated Vest – 9 Heating Zones, USB Rechargeable & Waterproof

I ordered a 4xxl because my boyfriend is a rather large man and we order shirts that large and the fit very well. This vest didn’t even fit me, so either it is marked incorrectly or your sizes do not match up with US sizes. So I’m sorry to say we will not be ordering from you any longer.

Heated Vest – 9 Heating Zones, USB Rechargeable & Waterproof

Sizes run EXTREMELY small. There were zero instructions included for operation. Didn't realize that a battery pack wasn't included, but luckily had one here for phones that seem to work ok. Anyone wanting/needing better quality should just spend the extra money on a name brand. Good enough for casual user.

I have bought this for a Christmas gift , but so far the order was delivered fast, quality of Heated Vest I love( hope my son will like). The only thing I did nit read close enough the vest did not come with battery pack. But I ordered him one, after Christmas I can give pictures of vest and give better reviews. But so far going great

Heated Vest – 9 Heating Zones, USB Rechargeable & Waterproof

I believe these vests are sized one size small. I ordered an XL as I wear that is shirts, coats and sweatshirts but the vest is to tight to zip up. If you order from this supplier, please order a size larger than you normally wear. The vest does heat as they suggest after you supply your own battery. I didn’t read that until after I owned the vest.
