Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.1 / 5 from 12 reviews.

I ordered heated slippers for xmas and after I purchased i realized I needed the battery pack for the slippers to charge. So I purchased thr battery pack seperate. It arrived half a month before the slippers. I ordered them both Dec 14 and didnt get slippers til Jan 14. Upon further investigating the naturwide website states its in Germany when it is really a company in Hong Kong. Very misleading information. I would not buy from this site again. I would not purchase this product again.

NaturWide 5,000 mAh Power Bank (5V/2A) – For Heated Apparel

very disappointed with the gloves, the heating element, and the power supply. I was in the honor guard for a military funeral in South Dakota on a bitterly cold day. We were out at graveside for well over and hour. The gloves warmed up the back of my hands for the first 10 minutes. Never warmed palm or fingers and then they just stopped working all together. Worthless on that cold day

NaturWide 5,000 mAh Power Bank (5V/2A) – For Heated Apparel

This was ordered as Christmas gift and arrived late. It was wrong size and when contacted about a return we were informed that you don’t provide return labels and we would be responsible for shipping. Given the slow delivery your company provides it would be Easter before we would get a replacement and we would have spent more money on returning than the product was worth!
